Our Promise
At Fiorene, we stand behind the quality of our pieces. Every Fiorene item is protected by a Lifetime Warranty against manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship when used under normal conditions.
“Lifetime” means for as long as you, the original purchaser, own the item.
What’s Covered (Manufacturing Defects)
If a defect is confirmed, Fiorene may, at its discretion and based on availability, repair, replace, or provide an equivalent replacement, at no additional product cost.
Examples of covered issues:
- Defective clasps/closures (not caused by force, impact, or misuse)
- Defective zippers, hardware, or stitching on bags (manufacturing-related)
- Loose or missing stones, or structural failures due to workmanship/finishing
- Hardware detaching due to factory assembly issues
- Any other confirmed production defect identified through our review
What’s NOT Covered
The Lifetime Warranty does not cover:
Accidents, drops, impacts, dents, bending, pulling, or crushing
Normal wear and aging over time, including:
- scratches, marks, dents, fading, oxidation, tarnish, or patina
- plating/coating finish wear and color changes from long-term use
- wear caused by constant friction (rubbing against surfaces), stretching, or loosening over time
Damage caused by water, constant humidity, mold, sweat, perfume, lotions, alcohol/sanitizers, cleaning chemicals, chlorine, salt water, or cosmetics
Stains, dirt, or hygiene-related issues (the item must be clean if a return is requested)
Loss, theft, or missing items after use
Improper use, misuse, or use outside the intended purpose of the product
Repairs, modifications, adjustments, resizing, or alterations performed by third parties without authorization
- Natural material variations (minor differences in color/finish/texture between batches), which may occur
How to Request Warranty Support
To start a claim, contact our support team and provide:
1 - Order number
2 - Email used at checkout
3 - Clear photos and/or a short video showing the issue
4 - A brief description of how and when the issue appeared
We may request additional images to confirm the defect.
What Fiorene May Offer (Solutions)
If your claim is approved, Fiorene may choose one of the following:
- Replacement with the same item (if available)
- Equivalent replacement (same category/closest style/similar value) if the original is unavailable
- Repair solution (when feasible)
- Store credit if replacement/repair isn’t possible
Review & Processing Time
Claims are typically reviewed within 3–7 business days after we receive all required information.
Eligibility & Non-Transferability
This warranty is valid only for the original purchaser, with proof of purchase (order number/email).
The warranty is non-transferable and does not apply to items purchased through unauthorized resellers or second-hand marketplaces.
Policy Updates
Fiorene may update this policy from time to time. The version in effect at the time of your purchase will apply, unless local consumer laws require otherwise.
